Level (s) of Care Model
Within in-home caregiving we asses the individual with a care need before we match them up with right caregiver(s). We try to limit the number of caregivers in order to create a stable and steady team.
- Care model 1 – Companion-care (basic level of care)
- Care model 2 – Minimal to moderate assistance
- Care model 3- Moderate to Full Assistance
- Care model 4 – Disease Specific – Bed Bound
