Clean Slate Wine Bar

Clean Slate Wine Bar was inspired by our love of California Central Coast wines and great, local food to pair with it! We specialize in featuring small production local wines, Spanish-style tapas and (thanks to Melissa’s Louisiana upbringing) small plates with a Cajun flair.

Most of the fruit used by The Sanger Family of Wines, is grown in the Santa Ynez Valley, on California’s Central Coast. The gently rolling hills are close enough to the ocean to benefit from the cool night breezes, but the vineyards are far enough inland so heat can build up over the course of the day. This temperature swing (as much as 30˚ in a 24-hour period), provides perfect conditions - long and slow - for ripening of the grape varieties we use. Sanger Estate Vineyard

CORDON of Santa Barbara

HANDCRAFTED WINES BY ETIENNE TERLINDEN Inspired by the viticultural areas of Santa Barbara County, I gave birth to Cordon of Santa Barbara in 2001. My goal was – and is – to create exceptional wines that honor tradition; wines that are handcrafted with modern state-of-the-art techniques and, in all respect to my European roots, a very certain old world sensibility; wines that have a true sense of place, balance, elegance, character…and, of course, wines that taste great in concert with good food.

CrossHatch Winery

All of the wines produced by CrossHatch Winery are co-fermented blends sourced from Santa Barbara County vineyards. Some of the best and oldest wines in the world are made this way, but with the micro-climates of Santa Barbara it really adds another layer to the process. Co-fermentation brings out and creates flavors in the wine that would not have existed otherwise. This makes the CrossHatch wine truly one of a kind.
