Situated on the north-facing slopes of the Santa Rosa Hills in Santa Barbara County, the Alma Rosa estate vineyard, El Jabali, was planted in 1983 and became the first certified organic vineyard in Santa Barbara County.

Our European style bar offers the best selection of wine, draught and bottled beer, espresso, pastries, salads and panini in a beautiful setting in the heart of Solvang. We showcase the best small-batch local wine available, as well as a large selection of delicious International wines, especially those from Europe.

Clean Slate Wine Bar features limited-production wines, craft beers, and small plates focusing on seasonal ingredients and local producers.

Pairing old world artisan style sausages and salumi from around the world with the new world of local wines and craft brews.

All of the wines produced by CrossHatch Winery are co-fermented blends sourced from Santa Barbara County vineyards. Some of the best and oldest wines in the world are made this way, but with the micro-climates of Santa Barbara it really adds another layer to the process. Co-fermentation brings out and creates flavors in the wine that would not have existed otherwise. This makes the CrossHatch wine truly one of a kind.

Not only will you find phenomenal small lot wines hand-crafted by experienced Winemaker Dana Volk, but a relaxing atmosphere as well! Our brewery is the creative expression and passionate work of five friends who seek to make some of the best beverages we can while mustering up as much fun as possible along the way. Our journey into the world of craft beer was built on friendship. We have witnessed the power this craft has had to bring people together and connect our community.
